HONOR has unveiled its latest offering for the global smartphone market – the HONOR X5 Plus.

This new model of the HONOR X5 Plus showcases an impressive 5,200mAh battery, slightly surpassing the standard 5,000mAh found in most contemporary phones. The company asserts its capability to deliver consistent power throughout the day, supporting up to 17.8 hours of continuous online video playback. However, it’s worth noting that the charging process operates at a relatively moderate 10W.

The device is equipped with a high-resolution 50-megapixel primary camera featuring a bright f/1.8 aperture, accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor, though it doesn’t include an ultra-wide lens.

On the front side, a 6.56-inch display, incorporating Dynamic Dimming technology, adjusts its color output based on the time of day to minimize eye strain. While it offers an HD+ resolution, it boasts a fast 90Hz refresh rate. Positioned above the display is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

For seamless and convenient unlocking, HONOR has integrated a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device comes pre-installed with the latest MagicOS 7.1, based on Android 13.

Driving the performance is an entry-level MediaTek Helio G36 octa-core processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and a relatively modest 64GB of storage.
